Fantastic Apartment- we stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Apartment was really well furnished with new fixtures. Really comfortable and great location close to beaches and theme parks.we would definitely return to Ambience again.

Blinds in ensuite had obviously not been cleaned in a long time!! Pulled them closed to take advantage of spa bath which was next to large window and blinds were filthy! We were on side of road and at times it was noisy even in the middle of the night Curtains let in a lot of early light too which meant early waking up for kids !We had a foxtel tv listing for room but no foxtel !

This hotel had an amazing location, right across the road from a lovely beach and so close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, including a large pool and spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Additionally, the hotel was very clean.

Great location and amenities, spotty management. Conveniently located next to a lively bar and close to the beach, this property has everything you need for a fun beach vacation. The apartment was clean and spacious, with great ocean views. The pool was also a great feature, perfect for afternoon lounging.

Terrible management and maintenance issues. The apartment had several maintenance issues and even after notifying management, none were addressed during our stay.

We were expecting a lower floor apartment , but on arrival we were kindly given an apartment on the 6th floor , which we were extremely pleased about, we are thankful for that , and as Burliegh is our favourite holiday destination ,we look forward to staying again , also I might add , reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful , thank-you .

As I completely trust the Booked.net website I booked Ambience on Burleigh Beach knowing that I would have a good standard of accommodation & accurate information - which was correct. Ambience design of the resort & rooms is great. Very close to the beach & locale shops

I was disappointed that I looked directly out onto the front tower of Ambience - even though I had rang Ambience prior to my stay requesting a beach, street or shop view. The only view I did not want was another building as my view, of which I did get.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambience On Burleigh Beach. The location was perfect, with amazing views from our 13th floor apartment. The beach was just across a quiet road, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was modern, comfy, and well-equipped. The staff, although not seen often, were friendly and attentive. They quickly attended to our one small request with a smile. we found the value for our family of 6 to be great.

Stunning ocean views from the living area and all bedrooms. It was like waking up in a dream with turquoise waters and pure white sand. The 25-meter pool on the recreational terrace was a sheer delight, with its cantilevered design giving the sensation of swimming over the edge of the world. The spacious 2-bedroom ocean view apartment provided us with a comfortable stay, and the study room was an added bonus for accommodating extra guests. The beautiful sub-tropical gardens surrounding the resort created a serene atmosphere, perfectly blending with the coastal surroundings. The convenient location allowed easy access to the popular Burleigh Heads Beach and nearby attractions such as theme parks and national parks. The onsite amenities, including the sauna, steam room, and fitness center, provided an extra level of relaxation and rejuvenation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We never had to use our car because the hotel was so close to everything. The beach was just across the road, making it super easy for us to spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. And the fact that the hotel was still close to all of the amazing cafes, shops, and parks in Burleigh was a huge plus.

We chose this hotel on the Gold Coast for its great location. It was conveniently situated near Burleigh Beach, which was perfect for our family. The hotel offered stunning views of the beach and was just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing ample space for our children to play. The service was also commendable, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast buffet and had a lovely pool for relaxation.

The noise level was a bit of an issue. At times, the hotel seemed quite loud due to the pool area being close to the rooms.

We couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. It was so central to everything and you didn't need a car to go out for evening meal. The unit was lovely and comfortable and had all you would need. We will certainly stay again.

Only thing for us was a limited amount of cooking equipment, really need an electric frypan.
